Wood Badge is an immersive, advanced leadership training experience with a Scouting America unit structure. This week -long Linked Troop Model Course offers Wood Badge training within a linked unit structure- two single gender troops with a shared committee. This allows for smaller group learning as well as integrated experiences and activities-just like the Linked Troop model provides for Scouts in our program. Wood Badge at the Summit affords big-picture discussions and opportunities to connect with Scouters from all over the country in a first-rate setting. This course will empower you, reinvigorate your scouting, and maximize the impact you’ll be ready to make locally.
